2. Booking & Reservation

Customers must verify booking details before confirmation.

3. Rental Period

The rental period begins and ends as specified in the rental agreement.
Late returns may incur additional charges.
Early returns do not automatically qualify for refunds unless stated in the cancellation policy.

4. Payment Terms

Rental charges must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Security deposits (if applicable) must be paid before vehicle delivery.
Additional charges may apply for fuel shortage, extra kilometers, tolls, parking fees, damages, or traffic violations.
Security deposits will be refunded after vehicle inspection, subject to deductions if necessary.

5. Vehicle Usage Conditions

The renter agrees to:

Use the vehicle only for lawful purposes.
Not use the vehicle for racing, towing, or off-road driving (unless permitted).
Not allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle.
Not drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or prohibited substances.
Not sub-rent or transfer the vehicle to any third party.

Violation of these conditions may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and forfeiture of deposit.

6. Fuel Policy

Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as provided.
If not, refueling charges will apply at prevailing rates plus service fees.

7. Damage & Liability

The renter is responsible for any damage during the rental period.
In case of an accident, the renter must immediately inform Krishna Rent A Car and local authorities.
Insurance coverage (if applicable) will be governed by the insurance provider’s terms.
The renter may be liable for repair costs not covered under insurance.

8. Traffic Violations & Fines

The renter is fully responsible for all traffic violations, challans, penalties, and legal consequences during the rental period.
Any fines received after the rental period related to the booking will be charged to the renter.

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made prior to the scheduled pickup time.
Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation and applicable policy.
Processing fees may apply.
No-shows may result in full booking amount forfeiture.

10. Limitation of Liability

Krishna Rent A Car shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses
Loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle
Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (traffic, breakdown, weather, force majeure events)

Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the rental service.
